Why we started
Our aim is straightforward. We want to be a supplier whose paperwork is as clear as its packaging, so that researchers know exactly what they have ordered and can trace it back to a specific batch.
We are a small, UK-based team. When you contact us, you speak to someone who knows the products and the paperwork behind them.
How we work
STEP 01
Batch-numbered
Each batch is given a batch number when it is received, so every vial can be traced to its records.
STEP 02
Tested
Batches are tested for identity and purity by an independent laboratory, using mass spectrometry and HPLC. Results are recorded on a certificate of analysis, available on request.
STEP 03
Labelled
Each vial is labelled with the product name, batch number and a research-use statement.
STEP 04
Packed & dispatched
Vials are supplied sealed, packed with care and dispatched from the UK with tracking.
What we will and won’t do
WE WILL
- Answer questions about ordering, delivery, documentation and storage of unopened vials.
- Provide the certificate of analysis for any batch we have supplied.
- Keep clear batch records, so a vial can be matched to its paperwork.
WE WON’T
- Give advice on personal use, or on any use outside the laboratory.
- Make claims about what any compound does.
Customers are responsible for making sure they are entitled to purchase and handle the materials they order.
